a) Get a small flat blade screwdriver and put a thin rag over it.
b) Insert the the screwdriver between the the wedge and the bumper. (I think it's the top of the wedge or the angled sized you need to aim for)
c) Lever the screwdriver gently ... and the wedge should pop out!
It's a lot easier than you think, but make sure your screwdriver is covered with something.
I got my clear indicators from DR Motorsport Lights page A good price and quality is fine

Or.....
Remove the single screw holding the indicator in place, remove it, and just pop the wedges out from behind. Far easier than running the risk of gouging your paint with a screwdriver.
Cheapest I've found for clear indicators was Halfords. In fact I've just done mine today. Indicators and repeaters for less than £70, complete with bulbs (orange one's, unfortunately, not silver) Removed old ones and fitted new in about 6 minutes.

Never thought about removing the indicator! You learn something new every day
Also did not know Halfords were doing parts like this for Scoobs!!! I presume it was a supper store?

Not a Supperstore (sic )
Just the local one (Pontefract) Had to order them, but arrived in a couple of days. Couldn't believe the price. Thought they'd c*cked up so kept me gob shut and ran out of the store as soon as I'd paid.
Just need some silver bulbs now....
