Just finished fitting the above, Had to chop about 20mm from the top edge of the grill backwards & enlarge around the bonnett release, Apart from thatI think it finishes the car off. What do you think.

Looks good mate, now get some of that mesh cut and fitted into the grille: I've done mine, and fitted it on top of the old stuff using small thin zip-ties. You can't see 'em from more than a foot away!

where did u get the head lights from? r they 4 a 94 or a 98 model and how much? dan

Dan - the headlights are non-standard. They're commonly known as the Morrette headlamp conversion, and you can find out more from MRT, TSL, etc.

Some people do say that the Morettes give better lighting, and others that say they're $hite. Personally I think your lighting depends a lot on your bulbs.

Tools Required, Dremmel (or equivelent) & flat file.
Start with your MY98 Grill.

Mark the grill 20mm back from the front lip.
Holding the grill secure cut all the way across the front lip into the corners as shown. (LEFT SIDE)

(RIGHT SIDE)

Then cut all the way along the line you have marked.(There are small reinforcing tabs underneath the plastic you are cutting away, You will need to cut these after.
Break away the plastic you have cut & file all the areas smooth.(still got to do this)
(BONETT RELEASE)

Trim away the area circled to get better access to the bonett release catch (it will be obvious how much to cut away when you offer the grill up)
All the securing fittings are an exact fit but if you wish yo can self tapper it in the corners for a really secure fit.

Et Voila. Job done no gaps & all the cutting is invisible (Until you open the bonnet.
