well they gave up with me in the end
I asked them for a price for a pod, I stated the gauge I had, and what pod I wanted, they emailed me some questions, so I mailed em back again, asking for a single pod to take my gauge, as advertised on there web site
eventually they emailed me prices of their gauges !!!!!, and someone had typed that in, so again I replied explaining that I didnt want gauges, as I already had one, and that I wanted a pod to mount it in,
never did get a reply from that mail, oh and it took nearly a week to reply to the first email

I think our back log at present in 1400+ sales requests.
On average we take around 200 calls per day and we get 100+ through the door.
I average 40 messages per day via the shop mobile number.
I'm sure there are a few people who are in a super hurry to get their parts and we will do what we can but we are still new and we will likely **** off a few people.
It is currently 22:33 hrs and we still have people at the workwhops working on cars.
We have three more magazine features to do and two new web sites to finish.
I only wish we could keep up with it all.
My apologies if we haven't kept everyone happy, but we are spending most time getting our new info updated on our new database for the 83 US companies that we have accounts for and sorting out a web site to offer massive discounts to all customers.
We also have massive discounts for many many scooby parts and we get around 30 cars in every week to the store.
We offer group buy discounts to 2 clubs who take up many of the offers we give them weekly.
Stick with it fellas. We have an amazing amount of cool stuff just around the corner.

Hi Money
Thanks for the info, i managed to get the pod from the for sale section in the end
I am willing to give them a 2nd chance, as all new companies have teething problems
On saying that I have just had another look at the website, and clicked on Brake Discs for my car (which lists the bhp.torque, 0-60 times & top speeds, for lots of other cars too)
and when I go to get the information I get a pop up box saying,
'thanks for looking - we open in December 2002 ...
keep checking the site as we are adding new gear every day'
Now call me daft but isnt it May 2003 now ?, its all very well and nice to have the UK BHP Register, and to maintain a list of performance cars times/power/speeds etc, but I thought having a product list would be better
I am currently looking into a group buy on Autometer Gauges, (and possibly pods) and have mailed a couple of suppliers (all renowned well established suppliers, that have only had good things said about them)
One has replied upto now, but to me it wont be who is the cheapest, but who will be able to supply and deliver our requirements at a resonable price
Steve

True Steve. Well if you email me i will find out if they can supply it to you quicker and cheaper.
This is because they dont have the list up for brake discs yet. As its a new company they are still putting loads of information up on the board. If they havent put the information up, then it goes to this list of bhp etc.
THey were meant to change this. I know they were updating the website and they have obviously forgot this part.
I just want to say im not defending this company at all. I know the answers above cause i have spoken to the owner a few times and most of the Tsunami crew and i asked these same questions so thats why i know the answers.
They are a decent group of guys and sorted me out before.
Like i said mate, drop me an email and i will see if i can help you out.
I think i might speak to Tsunami and ask for commission! lol

Hey Mickey Hows the Rollcage mate (Quality classic thread we all had going there. Tsunami are not really a retail shop more like an enthusiasts club at enthusiasts prices rather than larger companys with profit margins to pull your eyes out
