Any good Signmakers will laser cut you some in a colour of your choice, the size you want, for about £5 the pair.
I bought two Subaru stars and "swoosh", and a prodrive one yesterday for £5 the 3.
Look in Yellow Pages.

Any ideas as to ensure the stickers stay in reasonable condition. Is it worth covering them in laquer or something similar?

I got them localy in Sweden, from Race Equip.

Then I did the printa at a local printshop. I supplied EPS files of the Impreza logo.

i can do u stickers or a few masks so that u can spray the paint on.

a cast vinyl will be ok
