made this me self from the standard grill, just cut the black plastic mesh and badge out and replaced with the new stuff and refixed the badge ,not bad for 2 hours work and £20, wot yer reckon?

the mesh is from C.A.R motorist discount centres, an ally mesh, enough to do 4 grills for £20

As car is in bodyshop have had a similar job done, cut away plastic mesh and smooted down, painted all white instead of white and black plastic. I also cut around badge holder smoothed it down had it painted white, and drilled a hole in the centre to attatch it with a screw and nut, [placed badge over top and looks the dohs danglies!!

forgot to say used a similar sort of mesh and had it treated to stop rust forming bonded it on and attatched badge holder in centre.
