Does anyone know of anywhere selling PIAA clear covers?

I'd like to give them more of a chance of surviving intact

PIAA don't, and won't make covers. Why should they when they can easily sell you a new lens for twice the price of a cover?
Seriously, people seem to use the Subaru OE foglight covers turned through 180 degrees, ie: upside down. It does work.

I've got one of the covers... The other one went missing in the house move. I'll dig it out for next time I'm passing

 

i`ve got PIAAS on mine
they came with covers but not in clear but white
i think graham goode racing still sell them
if thats any good to you
