As some of you know, my bonnet had a bit of an argument with a boulder and came off the worse! At some point I'm going to fix it.
A chap has a nice ally bonnet of mine, that he's doing carbon moulds from. It's a late shape classic bonnet, and I have an early shape bonnet. I've chatted with him, and he may well do me a deal on a carbon early shape bonnet. This got me thinking, mmmmm, carbon firbre bonnet!
Now, in case he can't make me one I have a few Q's
Where could I source an early shape (MY94 WRX Wagon) carbon firbre bonnet from? Who fabricates them? and how much.
I'd also need a nice new bonnet scoop, again, early shape, and again, in carbon firbre, who? where? and how much.
Mini vent scoops are sorted by the man himself Stuart Knight, as it seems only fair as I've got a pair of firbreglass ones from him on the car at the moment.

Good point, but then I need a scoop, heatshield (ok, maybe not) grill (maybe) Plus there is the problem of me having slanting IC and the new shape bonnet being designed for straight IC.

intercooler thing? very technical of you! Can see why you're a mod Sorry mate.
True about the scoop, would need a carbon one regardless, because it would look a bit tacky (and no comments about that fitting the style of my car )
Didn't the green car on IOW have a slant IC but new shape bonnet? I know it was a little 'strange'
Will have a chat with Darren as well.

Yep dnb's car has a facelifted bonnet etc but the early engine & intercooler!!
I ment "intercooler thing" as the general intercoooler problem!!
I'm sure you dont want to change the i/c aswell, but we may be able to sort the skirt on the bottom of the scoop so it fits your i/c better
But I'm not going to help now!!
