Hi Paul.

Just picked mine up today from being done side skirts, 4, aero style mudflaps, and corners of rear bumper been done in a Mercedes bodyshop £160 well chuffed . Best thing though the manager said he will spray other stuff for nowt if i supply him with some firewood logs (as i'm a tree surgeon) guess what he's goona get a sh*t load of logs now. Gonna order fog lamp covers and front air-dam now.

Question

I don't think £220 is too bad if they are taking off/refitting the bits. Removing/refitting is a good day's work. Mine cost me £120, and I did all the fiddly bits, (above), but £160!!!!! I wish we had a body shop like that near here.
Do make sure it's done in 2 pack paint, or you're likely to see the difference in certain lights, eg: sodium vapour streetlights!

Blimey! I was quoted £300 just to do the "black bits" and that included me taking them off the car!

Needless to say they are still black!

In Sweden I payed About £170 for the side skirts (6 pcs, ie. the two parts on each side between the wheels and the little pics behind the back wheel) AND a GReedy front lip spoiler.
He did a nicejob! (But I had to take the parts off and re-fit them, a 2x2h job)

Looks nice after the paint job:

The company is called B & N Repairs

Phone Chris on 07718 851632 or Andy on 07712 650958

The place is quite tricky to find so if you need a map give a shout on email
