That's a nice motor same year as mine as well. Did you spray your intercooler with satin black? Also did you have to remove a lot of the bumper to make the cooler fit

Had mine fitted in Darlington by the guy that did most of the work for the late, great Harvey Smith. DLM Auto services on Percy Road, 01325 480678

He did remove a lot of bumper, but my driving lights, fitted where the fogs were, still fit, albeit one bolt is replaced by a self tapper.

It was fitted when I bought the car,it's a HDI kit so not sure if you can buy black or if it's sprayed?
not much of the bumper has been chopped by the looks of it.
Not the most helpful answer I know lol

I didn't lose my foglights when I fitted my FMIC. Old, old pic:

Changed to fog covers some years ago, with no issue.

Aye, you've got to take a load of the bumper out.

Aye. There's very little in the grand scheme of things that I've had other people do on my car in the last 13 years.

Did you have to trim the splitter down where it meets the front mount?

Sorry, the only pic I have is on photobucket and I don't seem to be allowed to copy it. The car is in the garage and it's VERY tight, so not photographable.

yeah my pics are the same, bloody photobucket.

i;ve had one with a side plate as per above and i;ve had another one with a 3/4 plate, never had any issues with being pulled for it. Font and spacing was the same, it was just 3/4 the size and fixed to the front of the top cross piece of the bumper.

few options in this thread,
