Not surprising really, pretty boring and unoriginal football being played. Never played Townsend, and left Defoe on the bench far too much. Spurs were going nowhere with this guy in charge. Not sure who will replace him, not heard any names being banded about either..

Was at the game yesterday too. They should never have got rid of the cockney herbert. At least when we lost we lost in style with him! We look like utter mugs at the moment. Personally, I'd like Levy to step aside and the board. They hire and fire ***** nilly both on and off the pitch. I'd rather take two steps back now and aim for a title push in 5-6 years. It was never going to happen this year, quite why Levy thought it would is anyone's guess!

Pontificating
Levy and Baldini need to take their fair share of the blame as well.

Keep hearing Glenn Hoddle name coming up, This would send your club back at least 10 years, They love him on Talk Sport and all I keep hearing was how good his record was as England manager(this was 1998) We then had him at Wolves(yes im a wolves fan, unfortunately) and he was a joke, but they seem to forget how terrible Wolves played under him, and how much money he had to spend!!!
Leave him on Tv, where he can talk a good game!!!

They have done that a few times now (shipping almost immediately). Did it against Utd at home and at Southampton iirc. It might just be blind luck these wins but when they did break yesterday they looked very aggressive harking back to Redknapp's days. Two huge games coming up now and can only cross everything that we click into gear a bit. Taking points up there for us is a rare treat and we did get away with a penalty claim tbh, first one was a bit weak but 2nd was a pen I think. Maybe payback for the Mendes goal that Roy Carroll saved years ago

Will be there tomorrow, with my youngest - should be a good game
Seems like madness to play at 17.30 though - asking for trouble
Come on Arsenal, come on Arsenal

I'm expecting an Arsenal win tbh but should be a great match either way. Would rather we focus on the league and progressing in the Europa. The domestic cups are a distraction for top flight teams. I think Paul Lambert was right in what he was saying, winning one is just a nice bonus

Spurs a bit static today, more often than not second to the ball, Our midfield dominated the game
And a bit poor throwing bottles at theo when he was carried of
Anyway lovely walking out of the stadium to "Sherwood is a gooner" sung by the whole of the arsenal crowd

Very static. Painful to watch at times. All too often we stand off teams. It's been that way for the 20 odd years I've been watching them. Arsenal were good value and 2-0 was a fair score tbh. Knew it was coming and glad the defeat came in the cup. Crystal Palace at home next need 3 points amd a decent margin to make a statement. Could be worse I suppose, we could be Man U at this moment in time. Transition appears to be pretty painful there.
