They opened up the "Real" bank of England, and Gordon brown immediately deposited £20 Billion.

PRIME MINISTER GORDON BROWN

"He's one of the most brilliant players in the world. I think people will be sad that he's lost to the game in England.

"At the same time, I know Sir Alex Ferguson well, and I know he'll have plans that will be rebuilding and renewing his team. And I would expect that Manchester United and English football will emerge not weaker, but emerge in a new way and probably stronger in the long run".

I see that Gordon Brown is immediately in on the act!! Maybe he will be on GMTV tomorrow telling everyone he has spoken to Siralex on the phone, having taking footballing advice from Siralan of Spurs, to make sure that Ronnie is OK and has stopped crying into his soup.

might have been the case once but not anymore. Real & Barca get around £130m a season for Tv rights alone, which is almost 3 times as much as the top clubs in the Premiership.

Personally I think he was a fabulous talent on the football pitch, a year ago. This year he was no where near as sharp; and the tantrums were pathetic.

He is going to be shocked when he is in a whole league of prima donnas and he ain't going to be anything special.

No one is bigger than any club Ferguson manages!

I'm not surprised he's got bad skin looking at some of the slappy munters he's allegedly dived on. Enough to give any man a rash That's of course if he sticks to one side of the street

With an outfit that was apparently more gay than Elton John would dare wear has got to lead to one or two questions about which side he really "plays" for

Adios Ronaldo U C*ck!!

The only thing I am disappointed about this transfer is I won't have the pleasure of seeing his femur snapped in two

Bit harsh.

Still, maybe he'll grow up in the Spanish league? Or perhaps not.

I always admired his ability, he could be one of the all time greats if he could curtail his tantrums.

Wonder who Ferguson will buy to replace him - Beckham???

Spent a "night in Paris" apparently celebrating his good fortune. Personally I would have thought he could get some better quality material than a peroxide stick insect.
