great game. maluda's goal looked liked it was over the line. if sky had the usual number of cameras there it would have been confirmed. congrats to chelsea, back into winning form after their disaster night against barcalona

Are you sure?

Chelsea, Man U and Arsenal got further in the FA cup.

Chelsea, Man u and Arsenal got further in Champions League

Arsenal and Man U got further in the League cup (Chelsea and yourselves knocked out in the same round)

The way i see it you've only headed in the right direction in moving up to 2nd from 3rd in the Prem, the same position you finished in 01/02 season when if memory serves me correctly you were "heading in the right direction".

keep up the ar%e licking fellas.

our target this year was the BPL, 86 points was our best ever haul and in most seasons would have been enough to win it. we challenged for the title to the penultimate game of the season. historically we've not been close enough since Houllier's last season in charge.

whilst Man.ure are scoring less year on year we're scoring more. Arsenal are going backwards. Chelski's doing a newcastle wont bring them any success.

and corona's a *****'s drink.........

So Liverpool picked up more points then ever because the other teams in the league are weaker yet they still failed to win it. Well that's how that reads to me.

Anyway this thread should be about Chelsea's success. Lets keep it on topic.
