i'm sure there are always some people who will support another team because of a deep dwelling pure and utter hatred of a rival.
Man u tonight were not the Man u that beat Villa with the last minute goal from Macheda.
They didn't show up tonight.
Their best players didn't take their chances. Fergie said it after the game.
Also Fergie saying that Man u could surpass Real's record of nine EURO cup trophies was a bit optimistic to say the least.
They were beaten fair and square by a team with a far more skilled, disciplined and technically superior midfield.
Carrick and Anderson were not up to the job. you can have the best attackers in the world but if you can't give them the ball you can't influence the game.
I am not happy Man u lost.
On the other hand i am happy that the team who scored the most goals did.

I was supporting Man Utd (even though i'm a Barca fan outside the PL) as I didn't want to see Henry or Hleb get a Champions League medal after bailing out of Arsenal. However seeing Silvihno get one made me pleased they won as I never wanted him sold at Arsenal and always highly rated him and now he has finished his career at the highest level. Well done Silvihno and Barca - oh and Messi was absolute class
