come on lads, what we saw last night was pathetic, why dont we have any real boxers, im just looking forward to calzaghe fight, although this fight is happening way too late in either of the fighters career. , what we need is more enterainment over here like the ufc, i know we have simiar kind of thing but the yanks have always been the best..f***ing hate to say it but its true. i wanna see more brits over on ufc, *** on bisping show em what were are made of!!!!!!!

Pride FC was a lot better than UFC but unfortunately they bought them out and are doing the same to quite a few similar companies.
As for the Yanks being the best at MMA do a search for Fedor Emelianenko (can be spelt with a y instead of an i) he is simply the best imo.

Why do people say that? 3 of the best pride fighters - Jackson, Henderson and Silva have been beaten by existing UFC fighters (some more than once).

Did i say the fighters were better?
In Pride you were allowed to strike on the ground whereas in UFC you aren't so i'm sure quite a few victories have been gained that way.

I personally think the presentation and atmosphere of Pride events were a lot better than UFC.

I love this style of fighting, i know a couple of lads who fight and i love going to the events, the only thing i hate is the idiots who walk around the events thinking there rock hard cause they are there

I do find cage fighting more interesting but ill still watch the boxing
