100m Final Beijing
Did anyone watch the 100m final yesterday! I could barely believe Usain Bolt got 9.69 seconds and it appeared he wasn't trying.
The fact he can celebrate 80m onwards yet still break the world record in 100m is unbelievable.

He was excellent, would have got 9.5/6 if he'd not p1ssed about at the end.
Ive watched many finals and Ive not seen anything like that, its not that the others were slow either, didn't 4 or 5 get under 10 secs...

I know I don't think there's ever been anyone like that in 100m. It's funny to think he specialises in 200m as well.
Yeah the others were around 9.9 but it shows how much a difference 0.2 seconds can make in sprinting.

Watched the 4*100m relay final today.
Jamaica smashed it.
Bolt was lightning quick as usual, but Powell did well to put in a good time and help them set a new WR seeing as he had no one to race off
Shame that GB weren't in it though.
