Default Chelsea blow it?

Makes a Chelsea win at the Bridge largely irrelevant?

Would be nice. I'm pleased though that the Chelsea game is not a do or die result now especially sandwiched between two Barca games.

United need to win the Prem for the good of football IMHO. If Chelsea did I think it would be somewhat of a travesty.

Too easy sometimes

I think any football fan would see the football United have played and that from Chelsea and would hope that attractive flowing football would win out over attrition power play football. On all the radio station the Chelsea fans are crying out for their team to start playing football with a bit of flair.

Only joking STI.

I cant believe we are still in with a shout with winning the Prem. If the table was done on pure entertainment you'd be miles ahead, but the table doesn't show how you play, just how many points you get.

Think we were in the same position last season, win all of our last 5 games and the title would've been ours, we drew all 5. Looks like the same might happen this time too .

Trust me, it will be a 1000 times worse after the CL semi!
Actually I think the law of averages means you'll do it this time, but hey, I've been wrong before!

Avram who? The guy is useless, We got rid of a proven world class manager for that clown whos won what exactly? A few cups in Israel maybe? Abramovich should've known he wasn't in the same league as Mourinho when we got beat in the cup final against Spurs.
#1 He left J Cole on the bench for most of the game when hes been our player of the season (Argueably)
#2 After 90 mins when it went into extra time who was geeing up the boys with the team talk...........Terry - its the managers job to watch the game and make the tactical decisions then tell the players what to do.
#3 Every season Mourinho was in charge he won us some silverware - what are we going to win this year...... Nothing unfortunately.
#4 Lastly we needed to win ALL our games (before the Wigan match) then i reckon we would've won the league and Champs League so why in gods name didn't Grant start with Drogba?? Especially as Lamps had to go and look after his mum so we lost one of our main goalscorers - (Hope your mum gets better Lamps) sorry about the rant guys but i needed to get that out of my system.

These "overated" players seem to be challenging for the Premiership and Champions League again.
Your highly rated ones battling it out for 4th again!!! Soooper
Sure I wish we had super speedy Carragher but you can keep him, its ok .

It seems its the season for complaining about your managers, Gooners and now Chelsea fans.

IIRC Chelsea were on the down when Avram took over, the fact Grant has got you up to 2nd and in a semi final of the ECL is amazing really, and dont just blame him for what you percieve as failure, how about his assistant, ex Ajax boss Henk ten Cate ? I remember when he turned up he was going to make you the Barca of England, it's a collective at Chelsea not a one man show and don't get sucked into how wonderful Jose was, yes he was charasmatic, thought he was special etc etc, when in fact won his 1st title with Ranieri's team, bought quite a lot of **** players at over inflated prices, and then proceeded to turn Ranieri's flair team into a dire boring 1-0 machine, ultimately they sacked him because they didn't like his brand of fiootball nor did they like his petulant behaviour along with his constant **** stirring and lying.

All of the big four expect to win trophies, especially the Premiertship (well maybe not Liverpool ) but there aren't enough to go round, some one will always be disapointed.

if the league was in order of attractive football it would be

1. Arsenal
2. Man U
3. Reading
4. Spurs
.
.
.
.
.10 Liverpool
.
.
.
.
.20 Chelsea

but its not

United play more attractive football than Arsenal. It's just as attacking but more decisive. You only have to look how many more goals united have scored.

it maybe as attacking, it is more decisive, and you have scored more goals, but imo and from what I've read and heard from most football pundits, commentators etc it is Arsenal who play the most attractive football

Overrated? Ha Ha Ha theres a reason we're always in the running for the prem and the champs league - we have a great TEAM and great SQUAD, What happens when you lose Gerrard and Torres? You become another Everton, not a bad team but nothing special just like if Man U lost Ronaldo and Rooney - Yet Chelsea have a great squad and can call on the likes of Anelka and Ballack -Just look at us this season we've had injuries to Ballack, Lamps, Drogba, Carvalho, Terry, Cech i could carry on and we've had the African cup of nations some of our best players went away to play in that. So to call our team a bunch of overrated players is a joke a bit like the situation going on with Liverpools owners at the moment.
