I think he will stay at Newcastle to be honest. There is only Liverpool I can see him considering in the Prem above where he is at the moment.

The lad's a goalscorer. Only problem I can see with the top teams not going for him is how he'd fit into their teams. technically he's not the best but he will get you goals... depends if that's to the detriment of the team play and others getting goals. At £9mil it's not a gamble though.

It was meant to be
If bellies are a measurement of club size then you are indeed a big club.
Sorry can you please remind me when you last won something?

As for Sheppard, the guys a complete moron. I'd love to see Own come out and say something like
" I was very happy at Newcastle, but after the chairman's comments this week, its plain to see that he doesn't want me here, so its with regret I'm asking for a transfer"

£17 million and 13 games for the Toon, not a bad return
He's ******* not going anywhere until he's had full season at least I'd say.
But unfortunately our chairman in a dodgy **** and has no ******* idea so will probably sell him at a loss and Owen will go on and do great things again.
Won't be doing anything great at the Toon except grow as weary as the fans

I know I have asked the question in the past, a couple of times probably, and lets face it Freddie has given me plenty of reason to ask but how the **** do you put up with this guy, surely he is as detrimental to NUFC as poor managers and slack players are, as for the statement on the NUFC web site...... did Freddie write that
Fat Freddy is a winner either way.
P.S Paul, no one at Chelski is fit enough to lick the **** off Owen's boots
Englands number one.

We need a centre forward because if Drogba gets injured next season who else we got because Hernan Crespo doesnt want to come back and that only leaves us with Andriy Shevchenko he could be gone be the start of the season anyway so 9 million for a proven goal scorer like Owen is cheap.
