World Track cycling championships
Anyone else been watching???
The GB team has put in a outstanding performance.
11 medals in total
7 golds
3 golds for Victoria Pendelton.
What coverage has there been in the papers???
very little.
This is a sport we are getting better at each year. If they perform like this in the olympics next year we should get at least 7 golds there.

Lets face it: cycling, like swimming, is always going to play second fiddle to the likes of football and rugby. It's a shame because there was some amazing action in the cycling as well as the swimming - Michael Phelps knocking 2 whole seconds off the 200m individual medley world record!
