The papers seem to be suggesting the country want Beckham back in the England team.
There were even chants of "there's only one David Beckham" at the Andorra match.
On the other hand the papers reported the other England players were jealous of Beckham's media attention,fame, treatment etc.


Would it be the second coming of "The Messiah" because even in his current form he's better than at least two thirds of the current shower.
or
Would it be a waste of time because he's over the hill and "MY2000".

David Beckham is world class, has great qualities within his game...

The fact that he has taken and still is taking approx 90% of corners and freekicks when he is on the pitch with Man utd, Real Madrid and of course England says an awful lot about him.....

It seemed that he was the only motivator and played with pride for his country... and thats what they need right now.. considering England has the best players in comparison to other countries(*cough* brazil..)

His work rate is always 100% which cannot be said about many other footballing stars..

He has the full package... the only thing he may lack is abit of skill but then again who has any within England squad..

so bring back David Beckham! England needs you!
