Standing at Football grounds -What does SN think?
Should we return to having standing areas at our premiership grounds?
BBC SPORT | Football | Calls grow for return of terraces
I'm all for it personally
I don't know about other grounds, but at Anfield everybody stands up when anything happens in the Kop half anyway But then you always end up kneecapping yourself with the seatback in front as you sit back down
How many U-turns can one guy perform before he gets dizzy

The survey's findings came as no surprise to Hoey, who tried to re-open the case for terraces during her tenure as sports minister in 2000.
But despite Tony Blair and other senior Labour politicians saying they were in favour of the idea when in opposition, they changed their position when in power.
As a result, Hoey was quickly silenced by Culture Secretary Chris Smith and replaced soon after by current incumbent Richard Caborn.

As a season ticket supporter at Westham (yes i know, **** off ) my seat/standing space is in the Centienery/Lower West Corner, i havent sat down all season and most of the previous 2 aswell. The majority of the seats around me, everybody is standing, thankfully the stewards and the police leave us alone, i think standing allows you to sing more and the atmosphere is definitely better.
In comparison to the Lower West (Dr Martins) where the stewards will have a go if youre standing and enjoying yourself too much. I saw evidence of this at the WHU v Spuds game, teenager having a stand up row with a steward and a copper all because he was being a bit vocal, not sure exactly what dialect of french it was though
Over in the Bobby Moore Lower, i know that season ticket people have been banned for 2 games for being caught on camera for standing, such a heinous crime ! 1 of those games being Gooners at home and WHU re-sold the seats !
Perhaps they should have terraces in designated areas or at least standing allowed (where i stand)

Standing is the way forward. If kids are there they can stand on the seats
As soon as people sit down the atmosphere is lost
I normally stand anyway, only been asked to sit down once and that was by someone I had never seen in the ground before at the half time cross bar challenge. I have him ''the look'' and he told me not to bother
That the seats, but allow us to stand. That would do me
