Default Italian Football.......disgrace to football

All games cancelled indefinately.

Corruption, cheating, deaths and rioting.........God knows what the reaction would be like if that was here in England.

But . . . . A Banana ≠ Tear Gas.

Knives and sticks are little different to throwing an explosive in a coppers face, no ? I'd like to think English football has grown out of that sort of behaviour to a greater extent.

i once heard a story that some fans in italy once threw a moped from the top tier of a stand onto the away supports below. The hooligan problem in italy is different to england due to the **** undertones.

Yes all the clubs there seem to have their hard core ultras and the clubs bend over to accommodate them.

Whilst I'm not attempting to defend English hooligans, your average Italian hooligan is, and always has been a far nastier character altogether The turks and the Dutch are not far behind either

If the followers of English clubs did half of the things the followers of continental clubs get up to, they'd be banned from Europe indefinitely

The difference is in both the glee with which our press reports the slightest scuffle, and the haste with which our government has always accepted any blame, whether deserved or not, on 'our' behalf
