on the lookout for a 3 iron for my big bertha irons and have come across this one.
first iffy bit was the wrong type of shaft in it and after looking at a few sites there appears to be a couple of things not quite right. the writing should have 'IRONS' under the red dot and the groove around the plaque should be coloured silver.
now i don't want to buy a dud, but i'm very keen on getting a 3 iron and they're quite rare so does anyone know if there might have been a cosmetic change to the club so it looks like this?

The clubs can be ordered with the Dynamic Gold shaft in so thats not a problem. And as far as i know there are no manufacturers who have made replicas using the Callaway name. They would be on them in a flash and doing them for copyright! Most likely that someone has trouble hitting a 3 iron and bought a rescue club instead!
you should be fine mate
