Your absence prior to (and subsequent to) last week's attempted thrashing was noted Pete

Nice to see the Smogs in the **** again, with no money due to poor gates. Gibson says he won't help out this time. Bankruptcy's looming again I reckon!

From BBC Sport:

Boro chief executive Keith Lamb blamed the scenario on falling crowds.

"If the solution to filling the ground is reducing ticket prices then we'll have to cut our cloth," he said.

Reduce ticket prices? Why not just give them away for nothing like Sunderland have been known to do. The North East - hotbed of Football! Well, it is further north in Newcastle! No Europe this Season (or next either I reckon), but at least we can sell all our tickets!
