He'll do about 5 minutes work per game then score an absolute screamer in every 25 shots he does
Superb on his day and a great talent lost to the toon, but far too inconsistant except his corners cos everyone hits the first man
We've got Scott Parker now, bye bye Bowyer

Even though he's not done a great deal lately for the toon, I'll miss him.

joking aside, when your club is still relatively new to the prem, its great to see signings like this, and O'Brian.
It gives us hope that the club want to move on a bit, rather than stagnate.
I remember back to when Paul Merson, Stevie Stone, Patric Berger and Sir Teddy Sheringham joined, they played massive roles for us when rejected/written off by "bigger" clubs
personally, I think its a great signing and long may Perrin continue to bring names to our club.

quite disapointed about him going was one of my favourite players, on his day is very exciting, probably got the best left foot in the prem. as said by richie, he can be a bit lazy, very dangerous with set peaces

Well, maybe PSG. I like Newcastle but don't understand why they always get referred to as a 'big club'

In Yesterday's Portsmouth Evening News it reports that Robert WILL play against Newcastle at Fratton Park, but Mandaric is still deciding whether to accept Sheperds request that he misses the St James Park match.
