I was there ...!!!
i was outside St Georges hall..
I have never seen or experienced anything like it in my life... local radio reckon on 200,000 people where in lime st/ outside st georges hall.. and potentially up to a million people for the whole route.
Where i was, a tannoy messaged that due to such severe delys in getting throught the crowds, the parade would be 2 hours behind schedule.
It was just a sea of red n white
Even going back, on the train, people where singing and dancing..
I have never witnessed anything like this before.. (even the parade of princess DI)
