I don't see it as 'nice' when you lose I find it hysterically funny, especially reading all the excuses under the sun from Manc fans, as to why you lost

Didn't see the match or the Interview but my guess at SAF's reasoning is as follows;

"With key members of our staff missing (Riley) we found it hard to break down the opposition - Just as we did against Portsmouth. Riley has proved the difference in our performances for at least twelve months now and we really struggle when he's not available to us"

It's not the past - Man Utd can't win (and often lose) games without their invaluable 12th Man. I said after the Utd / Arsenal match that it would be back to business as usual. Since then Aresnal have gone two games unbeaten (the first of 50 ) and Utd have Lost one drawn one .

Oh - And Chelsea continue their great start to the season and are looking increasingly difficult to beat. Arsenal will struggle to keep up with them for the rest of the season - As will the other challengers - you know Bolton & Everton and Boro .

This one was the best IMO

SAF has now claimed that his side's lack of domestic goals is down to the fact that his players are failing to raise themselves for the 'mundane' challenge of Premiership games.

Mundane..... AFPMSL

I suppose you heard the full interview then RK? And you know what question that was a reply to?

As they say if you can't print the truth, print the legend.

We were unlucky. Did everything but score. Still **** poor from a team that should be putting 9 past !CITEH! though.

Last game I remember between Uniched and Citeh where there was a score it was 4-1 - you must have been unlucky that day .

Still - Maybe I've been wrong - Clearly Uniched are getting better if they're managing a draw against their closest rivals .

Oh - And it doesn't matter what the context of saying "My players can't get it up for the PL" - If you can't "perform" in the PL then you should be playing in SPAIN .

What SAF must have forgotten too... you have to finish high enough in PL to qualify for CL
