Have faith my child
I agree with these donkeys - Duberry Wilcox & S.Johnson but the others if managed correctly can do a good job, wait for Gordon to arrive and see what he does

According to the BBC and other media, Liverpool will also join the chase to sign Alan Smith.

Leeds are likely gonna go the same way West Ham went (I'm a hammers fan BTW).
When West Ham were relegated it wasn't so much a case of keeping hold of players as to when would the sale stop. Part of the problem is that the players who earn a fortune yet didn't perform to the best of their ability don't wanna stay around to get the team back up again even if the funds were available to do so. The day after West Ham were relegated certain players handed in their transfer requests!!
West Ham may get back into the Premiership next year but I'm not sure that will be a good thing TBH. We don't have a strong enough squad now. I feel like one bad season has put the club back ten years and we will be a yo yo club again for a while, too good for division one but not good enough for the premiership.
I wouldn't be surprised to see Leeds in the same boat, sorry.
BTW, I'm still a season ticket holder, guess I'm just a glutton for punishment...

Poor old Lids
Never thought I'd say this (as a Man United season ticket holder) but its a shame to lose one of the long term top flight sides, especially such an enemy too
Nevermind eh? See you in a couple of years.

Sad But a forgone conclusion as far as the bookies were concerned I think. I could only get 9-2 on them dropping & that was only two games into the season.
