I even started typing about how we've had the highest attendances going back to the 70's when we were in Div 2 but couldn't be arsed typing anymore !

Scary !

Liverpool clinging on to the past yet again. The day we overtake your 18 league titles will be a memorable one as I dont see Liverpool winning another one any time soon

Oh Im sorry for having moved away from where I was born. I was actually born up North but thankfully came to my senses and decided to live in the south after living abroad for many years.

Isn't it just so predictable. What is it about all you ABU's that the only criticism you ever make about United is where the fans come from?? Every team has fans from the immediate locality and further afield. In United's case the situation is magnified because the fan base is wider/broader.
What you lot seem (oh so conveniently) to forget is that, season after season, United's fans are the most loyal around. Just look at the attendance figures going back to the Sixties.
Get a life.

Doesn't it make you laugh when the only argument ABU's come up with are :-

"you don't come form Manchester" and...

"where were you when you were ****"...

It was no surprise to me when Fulham beat United - I forecast a 2-1 win.Why ?1. Fulham have always played well against United , without getting a result.2. Ferguson in the stands remote from his players 3.Hard game in mid week against Rangers. 4. An arrogance from United that perhaps they don't have to play their best 11 against Fulham .5. Fulham have scored in every game to date this season.6. There is a confidence in this Fulham team -especially when they play against the top 3

Who claimed that Rangers were the best in Scotland???

Have you heard of another small club called, ummmmm, Celtic?

Oh yeah, the team who sent Blackburn Rovers and the 'mighty' Liverpool home early from the UEFA Cup.

Also the team who convincingly beat a full strength Man U team, albeit a friendly, 2 years ago.

Not to mention the abundance of English teams they beat every year in pre-season warm-up games.

And they done it with 11 Scots on the field too!

Gone are the days when home grown talent dominated your team!

Unless you are Italian or French or something! lol

Yeah, have a look at your so called English teams - Arsenal, Man Utd and Chealsea. Not exactly home grown talent through the ranks! At least Celtic have a majority of British players doing the business, hardly the case with Arsenal or Rangers.

Oh now, let me see
Paul Scholes, Nicky Butt, David Beckham, Gary Neville, Phil Neville, Ryan Giggs through the 90's to name several. More recently, John O'Shea, Wes Brown, Darren Fletcher, Kieran Richardson...
Enough to mark us out as decidedly different from Arsenal & Chlesea over recent times.

Magnus Hedman, Swedish
Johan Mjallby, Swedish
Joos Valgaeren, Dutch??
Dianbobo Balde, French
Ulrik Laursen, Danish
Stanislav Varga, Slovakian
Stilian Petrov, Bulgarian
Mohammed Sylla, africa somewhere???
Bobby Petta, Dutch
Didier Agathe, French
Henrik Larsson, Swedish

Now what dont you understand about the term 'british'?

Simon, only six of these 1st team players would get a start in a Celtic side. They are squad players. Regular starters in the Hoops include Neil Lennon, Liam Miller, John Hartson, Chris Sutton, Paul Lambert, Jacki MacNamara and Rab Douglas(as soon as Hedman gets injured!). To me that looks as if we have a decent representation of British players for a side that competes in europe.

Cannot remember your team?

Half the players you have named above pedro are ex premiership players who didnt do jack **** while they where there so they thought they would put them out to pasture at celtic.

I’m thinking of retiring to SPL when I leave my IT job. A nice few easy seasons should earn me a few quid. I’m to quick for them at the minute

Gump = bitter Rangers fan!

Look on the bright side, you'll get to play "second rate Portugese teams" since Rangers have crashed out of the Champions League!

btw
second rate Portugese team
So when Rangers crash into the UEFA Cup, will you be calling them a........

"SECOND RATE SCOTTISH TEAM"??

Or will your rose coloured glasses prevent you from doing so?

Why dont we just realise that the premiership is ****e apart from the top 4 or 5 teams. Best league in the world my **** - people go on about the spl being a 2 horse race. The premiership is a 3 horse race!
