Nope, no prize:
Good claim to fame though....we make it onto pub quizzes all over.

Now how about:
How did a Man Utd European cup match cause Hull to go down?

Just about to look on Google and it all came back to me.

Try this one on for size:

Which English Footballer player played last year with his name on the back of his shirt, the front of his shirt and his home stadium

Lightbulb

Can i be a pedant and say that the wording of the first question is incorrect?

Botham didn't play for Scunnthorpe and *then* go on to captain England - he went there at the end of his cricketing career...

And, Ian Walker...

To be re-pedant, yer talking pish

Botham's time with Scunthorpe, as a non-contract player, spanned 1979-84. He was "very part-time", making a total of only 11 League appearances (seven starts, four as substitute) before deciding to concentrate on his cricket.
Oh for Ian Walker,

Question

OK: here's one someone gave me in the pub the other night:
name 12 English Football league/premiership teams with "ham" in their name?

Also, can you name 2 english league teams with every vowel in their name?

And how about 4 teams with an "x" in their name?

No searching through league tables................:

Did you take the c*nt out of S****horpe in the topic header or was it the clever rude word deletion thingy?

As they say (though I think it was for Pompey originally) "you can take the c*nt out of Scunny but you cant take the Scunny out of the c*nt"

The coloured ribbons for the losing team to put on the trophy.

Reading and PNE. oh and why, because Reading are the royal team playing in the royal county of Berkshire (have I got that right?) and PNE because theyre the first team to win the football league
