Bill Lacey, Tom Gracie, Harold Uren - in about, ahem, 1912. 
I think Lacey and Gracie (lol, I'm a poet... ) were Everton players but Everton wanted to sign Uren, who was at Liverpool. Part of the transfer deal to get Uren at Everton was for Lacey and Gracie (lol) to go the other way.
Dave Hickson in about 1959 went from Everton to Liverpool.
Others include David Burrows, David Johnson, Tosh Johnson, Dick Forshaw and Edgar Chadwick.
Ttheres probably some more players from 80, 90, 100 years ago too.
