Heskey WHY?
#1
Why is Emile Heskey even being considered for the England squad let alone be included in it and possibly getting in the starting line up.
Forgive me for being stupid, but isn`t a striker supposed to score goals.
This guy is built like a brick s**thouse and he falls over easier than a nine month old trying to walk.
If Heskey and Owen are supposed to know how each other play why are they both struggling to find any sort of form.
Has anybody got any ideas on the worst ever England "allstars" line up.
I`ll start with:
David James in goal,
Emile Heskey up front.
Give your own ideas and we`ll submit it to the FA and Sven.

He was up against a vineyard worker for god sake, and one mediocre performance against virtually a sunday league team still doesn`t justify that bloke getting into the ground let alone pull on an England shirt.
As for David James he`s dodgy, dodgy, dodgy. You can tell his defence haven`t got any form of trust in him.His job is to organise, dominate and boss the players in front of him, ie: Peter Schmicheal.People said our defence was in disaray it`s up to calamity James to sort them out.

Are we talking about the hammers defence or Englands???..David hasn't had any help from the hammers defence all season thats why we are in the bottom 3 NOT because David is a bad keeper IMO.
Hes much improved since hes Liverpool days.

can anyone explain rooney being selected? yes he`s a promissing star but in all due respect he`s not even playing regular first team football, amiobe for newcastle has played in chapions league games and scoring and only gets under 21 call up yet he playing a simmilar role as rooney.
what it all boils down to is paper hype

Heskey IMO needs only to regain his form from last year and he will be a better striker. He does a lot for the team, strength, power, pace etc. If he could add another 15 goals per season then we would not question his ability. In the meantime, both Erikkson and Houllier are backing him.
As for James, well this was not a true test, but I personally don't think he is England class, personally would give Robinson the nod as he is less of a liability.

I totally agree with you ash1 Robinson does deserve a chance,he doesn`t seem drop the clangers that calamity does.
Please don`t get me started on Heskey,as for Rooney, yes he`s talented but he needs to play regulary for his club before he can be considered for England.

My England's worst all time XI.
Manager: Graham Taylor
Team:
Nigel Martyn
Lee Dixon
Martyn Keown
Neil Ruddock
Warren Barton
Carlton Palmer
Andy Sinton
David Batty
Dennis Wise
Emile Heskey
John Barnes
Subs:
Garry Bailey
Nigel Winterburn
Jason Wilcox
Barry Venison
Tony Daily
John Fashanu
Some real stinkers there, the days of Taylor and boring Arsenal spring to mind.

And those from Essex want James ?
He's a sh1te keeper, still making mistakes, any decent team will show his inability to command his own area.
The future is Robinson and Kirkland (BTW Kirkland is not playing for any Yorkshire club!).
Must be a worry for Beattie if he cannot get in the team when he is leading Premiership scorer. Maybe he has to go 1/2 a season without scoring a goal and then he will get a place ?

Credit to James for the save but like the pundits said if he`s got to think about it he f**ks right up.You can tell his defence have got no confidence in him, they don`t know whether he`s coming or going and frankly neither does he.He left his goal empty on at least two occasions, thats a lack of communication from your keeper i`m afraid.
