I'd be definatly up for a meet. I'm not far from you b3mwe, about 3 miles from Fraddon The McDonalds on the A30 at Fraddon has a pub next to it called the Penhale Round and they have good parking, good food, and only a 15 min drive to Fistral beach for piccies.

I could meet you at Fraddon one evening if you fancy having a chat and sorting something???

long long story

decided to buy back and use insurance monies
about 4/5 months to get monies
work begins and parts arrive over several months
set of ver3 heads bought, "refurbed" and fitted, engine noisy as ****, out they come, taken back to "refurbers", they're fine so back in they go, noisy as **** again
engine out again, up to alan jeffries for an engineer's report
they laughed as they were made up of some mitsi parts and missing several others, now scrap
on a positive note, the previous "engine build" was also $hit, rusty inside, 3 forged pistons and one not
a fresh rebuilt engine with my original heads all shiny and ready to make power (when run in) comes back, car nearly all back together, hopefully mot and little bits and should have it back by end of feb

slightly cursed is the general opinion of anyone that has worked on the car, it's taken so long as i have had to pay for all this and the guys working on it have been frustrated at engine in, engine out so many times

but one day.............
