Cheeky bugg£r

To tell you the truth though I had an excellent time & thoroughly enjoyed the other day at Brands, its not the track I would do right again given a choice.

Main reasons being: Too small in length so cars bunch up easier; Armcos & tyre walls to close to track & this was pretty much all the way round apart from clearways; Very little run off areas except clearways. Also though the track design was very interesting & fun, it had a few slow, sharper corners that meant you couldnt carry speed through much of the track. This suited the more powerful cars & a firm, track prepped suspension would deal with the sharp/cambered corners.

I think I will return to Brands but after at least another 40 bhp; slightly better brakes and most importantly a sorted coilover suspension. In the meantime I will definetley have a go with Silverstone/Donnington/Bedford/ maybe Thruxton & Driver Training Days.

ps Budgie Iv got one of your nuts still which I must return
