I know a lot of people on here don't hold with the cruise scene, but there will be a big meet in Southend this weekend.
We are meeting at F1_Moto near Brands Hatch to leave at 7pm and would welcome anyone else interested in attending.
I have spoken to Redline, Banzia and a few of the other mags, most will be there and are interested in seeing my nitrous'd Scooby.
There should be at least four nitroused cars from ourselves along with some other trick cars.
This will be a show and shine style meet, probably with heavy police presence so make sure you are all legal.

Nigel,
If you are coming into Sarfend beware of the traffic cameras in the area. The A13 has one in Leigh about 100 yards past The Harry pub hidden behind a sign and a tree The A127 has one or more, depends on what direction they are facing when the National Limit goes down to the 40mph limit entering Eastwood. Also there are two cameras heading towards the pier on the seafront, one at the Chalkwell end on top of the rise about 1/4 mile after you reach the actual seafront road, the other is about 200 yards past Rossi's ice cream parlour about 1/2 mile past the first camera. There are two cameras on the other side of the seafront road for when you are leaving town. The first is just where the road splits to allow the car parking to begin and the second is about 200 yards past the cafe's at the bottom of Palmeria Drive - you should spot them on the way in
Hope this helps, and have a good run

To add to Yex's list of cameras ............ If you come in by the A127 .... Beware just after Tesco roundabout on Friday's and Saturdays with all the 'Boy Racers' coming to Southend there is usually a mobile unit set up in or around the bus lane on the left after Tesco Roundabout ........ Be Warned !!!!
