Paris Motorshow trip
Would anyone be interested in driving over to Paris to see the Paris Motor Show and perhaps take in a few sights?
I did it four years ago, but made the mistake of driving from home and back in the same day. It's on from 30th September until 15th October and I thought about staying over for one or two nights this time. http://www.mondial-automobile.com/gb...?rubrique=visi
It's only €12 to get in (just over £8) and unlike the British one is well attended (around 1.5 million went in 2004) and virtually all (if not all) the manufacturers go.
You're looking at around £50 return for the ferry, 370 miles round trip in France with a good supply of Shell V-Power (Optimax) and £20-25 return toll charges + hotel costs. I've looked at reasonable hotels near the motor show venue itself and based on 2 people going, I'm looking at it costing me about £140 each for 2 nights or £115 for 1 night inclusive of the above fuel, ferry, toll and entry ticket.
Anyone interested in going?
Perhaps someone may want to refilm a 2006 version of this, but with a flat four burble. http://video.google.com/videoplay?do...0547&q=lelouch
