I posted a little while ago about a clay pigeon shoot. The date was set at the 10th Feb.

Could you please post if you shall be attending this. Could you also say if you have a valid shot gun certificate.

I need to get an idea of numbers, and those that do not have a certificate it does not matter as, an instructor shall be with each group.

There are two of us. Both with SGC's/guns. can you put some details up as to what the day will consist of - whether skeet or sporting, what instruction is available/prices, times of shoot etc.

Dave, it shall be a sporting layout. 7 Stands, instruction shall be in the form of staff on site. Cost should be about £10-£13 for a shooter that supply’s their own cartridges, and about £20 for those who don’t. Start time will be about 11 o’clock. There is a tea wagon on site, so hot food and drinks will be available. There will be some trophies too. Might even organise the wooden spoon!

I'm still up for it (I can fit this one in between ski holidays just like Dave ). I don't have a gun or license but I used to go to a shoot in Fareham years ago with a mate so I have a basic idea of what to do!!

Just a quick note to say thanks to Dan for organising this. Good day out - bit cold, hit bugger all and I've got a bruise the size of a cricket ball on my shoulder But somehow I managed to enjoy myself

A big thank you to Danny for organising the Clay Pigeon shoot yesterday, it was nice to put a few faces to names.

Apologies for not picking up a gun on the day, I had fully intended shooting (even had the gun in the car), unfortunately due to a few too many extra-curricular activities last weekend I'd put my back out

Hope we can do a return shoot so I can show Mr T-S up. I was quite impressed the Muppet can actually shoot

Dan. With all those good shots out their, what about atarting up a Scooby relevolution. you could be our leader. You could sugest cuting petrol tax first. Then road tax. If the people didn't like it we could go shooting.

H'm had a long day. Good day out, The wife was so knakered I didn't have shoping. Good idea, can we do this every week.
