I'm going from the Chelmsford way. Anyone fancy meeting at the M25/A12 (junction 28)and go from there. What time do we need to get to Silverstone for anyway?

Dunno, depends what time we have to meet on the M1 (if thats what we're all doing). If its really early I might go straight across London, but if not I'll join the M25 at the M3 junction so we could meet up somewhere round there.

Having done 2 trips to Silverstone from London (SW) recently I thoroughly recommend the following route:
M40, exit at J7
A329 to Thame
B4011
B4100
A43 to Silverstone (this bit is a little too straight and wide
, so may be there's another, better road)
I also tried A413 from S/stone to Buckingham - very nice too.
The only challenge will be to stay in convoy all the way through

Were having a midlands meet on the Sat before Trax, if any of you are interested please post in the Midlands area. Also I am having another 22B Chat ****-up that weekend so some of those lads ie Pat,Anders will be in the midlands for the weekend.

Last year we arrived about 10.30am there were queues but we were 1 of only 8 Imprezas there, the special invite ticket meant we drove straight in and jumped the queues!!
This year I have just got tickets to the in-field for the sprint test (I thought there might be more parking in there!).
Happy to go with the flow!!

Agree, we should leave earlier, say 7:30 - 8:00am... before the M25 turns into a nightmare 
Might have a little chef fryup before we leave, so ill probably get there earlier

That was we should arrive at about 9ish and get a full day as well.
STEF - Do you know what time the sessions are yet? Do you have a choice as to which sessions you can go in - e.g... 1&2, 1&3 or 2&3?

Is there going to be a second meeting point? Say on the M1 or M40 (depending on the route). Or can someone suggest a place for the M3/M25 area. Calling Graham?
