Devon/Cornwall Pub Meet 1st March
Thought it's about time to get together and catch up!! Tris, you can bring your sweden pictures for us all to look at.
thinking of Tuesday 1st March so it all gives you some time to organise yourself!!! Meet at Trerulefoot at 6.30 and then head to crooked spaniards afterwards.
Please let us know who's coming.

hi,
hope you dont mind me putting this on here but i have been trying to contact people from devon/cornwall through durecell of the sidc.
im hoping to take over as the south west organiser for the sidc and we are looking at doing the South West Motor Show in Newton Abbott on june 12th.
to be able to dot his we need about 7 more cars before even applying and thought that the cornwall/devon group might like to join us. if i can i will try and get to your meet.

You better check with the crooked spaniards, I am not sure whether they are open for food! I know they closed down for a couple of weeks a while back. I should be able to make this one!

it appears that the crooked spaniard is opening on that day after a period of closure and wont be doing normal stuff so meals are probably out.
With that in mind can someone suggest an alternative venue and meeting point.
Tris, what about the place we went for crimbo meal? or jamaica inn? or somewhere else.

Yes wife is fine bit shook up. I did have to explain wives can be replaced but finding a decent scoob takes a bit longer.

The place where we went last time was the Plough house, they are open for food and shouldn't be busy on a Tuesday night. Or Tom Sawyers in Looe, thats not bad, they do bar snacks and in overlooks the sea. Or even Plymouth, China House, (not much of a drive tho!)

We'll meet at Trerulefoot at half 6 and then take it from there. Probably head for the Plough (Where we went for christmas meal).

been looking for the same thing myself, seems to be fewer devon owners or not on the internet, i am near teignmouth so newton abb execellent , black type R enjoying the devon roads, would be interested in joining if you need 7, let meknow
