Default SURREY MEET - Sunday 11/04/04

Hello

Meet at Newlands corner (A25 between guildford and dorking)
Between 1-2pm and then a short drive (going to post a map of a longer one)
to the fairmile pub in cobham.

Last months turn out was 32+ cars lets make Aprils one bigger.

I have made a flyer and have been putting them on any subaru i have seen about so hopefully that will help get more people along.

Gary/mok

Some of you wanted a longer drive to the pub.
Blue/Route 1 is the normal route we take
there is a choice of 2 more (if anyone knows another route let me know)
I have stuck to ripley lane for all routes because its a nice strech of road.

The red route will be the best as i have lived in the area for over 20 years, have you considered going straight on at bell & colville and heading down towards bookham, through to the dorking bypass then off towards the M25 and down into oxshott / esher etc, smack as left down the portsmouth road and then approach the fairmile on your right? a good long drive

I think the red route is good too. Your other idea sounds like a nice drive but we might get held up by traffic along those roads. i will test them all this Sunday
