Anyone got any plans for a meet in the near future - another day like Sunday would be pefect for a trip to the coast / beach.

Hi lads

Yes we should get together soon. Looking ahead to April some of you may have seen my note in Durcell’s recent thread about the Tour of Cornwall.

This year at Hendra in Newquay as well as being the rally base and being used again as a stage we are also putting on a motor show for any garages to come and display their wares.

Also we are inviting owners’ clubs to come along and put their cars on display. The RS owners’ club is coming along, together with others, I will get an update at our meeting next week.

It was suggested that I also get some scoob’s to come on down and show off some decent machinery. Anyone attending will be able to spectate when the stage is running and anyone wanting to make a weekend of it can always book a caravan at Hendra.

Anyone interested drop me an e-mail and I will get someone to contact you with further details or get back to you myself.

Scrutineering and signing on Friday 2 April, actual rally Saturday 5 and Sunday 6 April.

Start again this year at Cornwall College Camborne including a short stage on the college roads.

i'm ready pretty much every weekend!

I'm also up for going to Hendra Rally, in the scooby section if there is one! I'll even polish my car especially!

Lets get it sorted nice and early cos these things come round too quick.

Would also like to go karting down in st eval when the suns shining as it was bucketing down last time we went.

If anyone fancies some indoor karting action theres also raceworld at exeter. We could even arrange a grand prix maybe?

..whos up for a meet this Sunday 29th Feb?I'm not working as of yet but will volunteer if nothing happening.

We could meet usual place Marsh mills say 10am and go for drive towards Dartmouth via Kingsbridge,Slapton Ley,maybe stop off at Salcombe on the way..find a pub,have some lunch+catch up on what everyones been up to..LETS JUST DO SOMETHING..its been a while now...post if you up for this or not..

...failing that a drive into+around Cornwall somewhere along the same lines ???

Hi again guys - glad I posted now!!!

Still got the black thing - but with a few mods since it was last on display:

• Eibach springs
• V-limited STi front lip spoiler (VERY RARE- imported from Japan)
• Origin b2 / garage door opener
• Unbelievable wax job (Swissol)

I can't make the next two weekends.
If you do meet this Sunday I can come along and say hello, but won't be able to go for a spin (golf at midday!!!)
OK with 14th March
OK with 21th March - will need to be careful as it is Mother's Day (losts of doddery old grannies out for the day)!!
Can't make the last weekend in March
OK for 3rd or 4th April
Next weekend is Easter
Can't make the 17th / 18th
OK with 25th April

As soon as the clocks go forward we can start meeting in the evenings again. The place down by the river we met at last year was excellent.

This Sunday would be good for me, but I play football at 4pm so I'll only be out to play til 3. A tour of Dartmoor etc/Cornwall and a pub lunch sounds ideal.
