Had the AA on standby was not to sure if she would cope with the rollers but she did well happy with result and glad i never had to use the AA nice one chris well happy with result

On the printout's that you emailed to me marks reg is on your boost and lambda curves but yours is on the torque one? but the power is the same on all 3.
Me thinks that Mark slipped Chris at G force some money so that he was higher than Andy (naturbo200)

What the **** is going on????
The guy at G-Force gave me 3 charts, took my £30 and then i end up with Mad Mark's charts. Either he mixed the papers up or Mad Mark owes me £30 for doctoring the results.Either way i want satisfaction

Those are your results - but it would appear that my reg no was left on in all the confusion and problems caused by my car!!!

Mine is a 1998 UK Turbo 2000, not a WRX (import).

Was a bit dissapointed with the figure, but happy that everything was running fine.

Would be nice to know what the measured power at the wheel was - meant to ask at the time but forgot. Any chance of letting me have this ?

Got 172 at the wheels at Engine Advatanges and have since fitted decat downpipe and replaced straight through centre section with P1 (decat but resonated) centre section, so expected a little more, but can't really compare as AE's estimated flywheel figures were crap (they reckoned 203BHP at the wheels )

Scratch, as a comparison, my wagon is a 98R, UK turbo. only mods are: magnex back box, quick shift induction kit. putting out 244 bhp!!! something not right there!!

As I understand it there are 14 versions of ECU software in the MY98 :Q so I guess it's quite possible to have some considerable variability in MY98 cars ?

As I said, I know what I got at wheels last time and wondered what this time.

My car has always had exceptionally poor fuel economy by comparison to others, 28MPG max driving a whole tank off-boost, so maybe that is an indicator also. I'm not an ECU expert so don't know. I know of other similar cars that get well over 30mpg in the same circumstances.

28 mpg max is about the same as mine, I normally get approx 20-22 mpg if i`ve been keen for a whole tank with the throttle stuck to the floor.

must admit, I was pretty pleased with my figures considering the minor mods its had done. was expecting it to be a healthy standard figure, but 244.8!!!!
I mean for gods sake, there were people their getting only 10-15 bhp more than me with full decats and/or tek2 ecu`s!!!

I know ! I'm one of those people with a full decat

I appreciate that decat downpipe, P1 decat centre section and PPP back box has given a jump to 236BHP from the standard quoted 208BHP, but I have no idea what the car actually developed as standard so don't really know how much I've gained for my (does a few mental sums). . . . . . £380 outlay

Andy - have to admit we didn't discuss fitting .... and yes I would be gobsmacked at an extra 50bhp - but with my car you never know (21bhp will do, though).
Mind you the STi8 I'm driving on Sat should come up quite well on power ....
