Following on from peoples suggestions with www.scoobyevents.co.uk I have now implemented an easy to use form (nothing too tarty atm
) to allow organisers to input their finalised events, simply click on the menu [add event] and it should take you into a web entry form which you can fill in the details should you wish to do so.
Please remember that the purpose of scoobyevents is to show events that have been finalised in a nice easy to read Calandar format, It is also worth while pasting in the disscusion url.

what a cracking plan!
As long as all the organisers use it, then it'll work perfectly. Especially during the summer when it can get a bit busy and people have to put up new threads to say everything that's going on.
