Rach, point taken! Everything here seems to be broken so I have plenty of time to think these things up. Oh, and before you ask, they were broken when I got here!

All those who have shown an interest should have mail - re: deposits and payments. S'ton still have plenty of availablity for the 13th although "friday nights are our most popular" so we have to be quick Chatting to the lady in booking office it sounds like it will be an excellent night

Alternatively, if you've all gone off the idea let me know

Thanks

Rachel, would it be easier for you to e-mail Jen and then she can just reply to it?

Chris,

Jen is quite right !! We would have thought of that but we are soooooo busy thinking of a million other things it just would have taken a bit of time !!

Jen, try this address: www.rachel.hankin@amey.co.uk - its my second work address (far to boring to explain why I have 2 work email accounts)

Cheers

James - thanks for dropping the cheque off. Jen would have replied herself but I think she's looking at ways to spend your money! Only joking - she's making the booking today and will cash the cheque when it's confirmed.

Question

Er, what idea? I seem to have missed this. I might be interested if I knew what it was about...

Could someone post a link to the original info, please?

Yeah - no problem for the money on the meet guys, either the deposit or the whole thing - as long as I have the whole thing on or around the 1st Nov then I'll be a happy bunny

All booked now for the 13th Dec - 16 places so far:

Steve and Lisa
Rachel and Mark
Paul + 1
Len
Jmb and Lisa + food
Jamie
Breezer and vibrating scooby
Colin
Julie and Friend + food
Jen and Chris

So let me know quickly if there are anymore as
1) they may sell out fast;
2) you may not get in the same steating area

Let me know if you change your mind by the 31st Oct as the full balance is due on the 1st Nov and then you won't get your money back Deposit is non-refundable...as always

Doors open at 7:00pm and we have to be in by 7:45pm, tickets are to be collected on the night and are in my name (Jenny Mawer ), so I suggest meeting before hand as Paul suggested and all going in together

Very , sounds like it'll be a great night!

Jen, did you get my email and letter+cheque? I got a mail back saying:

"Unable to deliver message to the following recipients, because the message was forwarded more than the maximum allowed times. This could indicate a mail loop"

Is the mail setup at your (new, from what I've read) workplace rather screwed?

I'm also in Japanese Performance this month at Trax, and Barry and Lyn's Scooby is in the picture next to mine.

Len I'm glad the KW's are good, you will have to take me out in a few weeks time to demostrate them, and remind me how good it is to have a Scooby. It might make me fix mine quicker than next spring.

Tuffer, e-mail my other half (Jen) at jenny.mawer@eastleigh.gov.uk as she is co-ordinating it this year and may have a couple of spare places. Failing that, leave a note on here and I'll make sure she sees it (she doesn't have internet access during the day!)
