Ye pretty easy job, clocks can be left as they are
I think most people wire them in behind the clocks,it might be possible to wire into the loom at the ecu but not 100% sure on that one, have a search around the forum, there should be plenty of tips

I know on a Newage car they wire into the connector block on top of the gearbox and the clocks can be removed with 5 screws

Five screws on classics, two for the bit under the binnacle, three hold the clocks in.

Have the steering wheel as low as possible, use a magnetic screwdriver on those that hold the clocks and a chubby on those for the binnacle, all are Pozidrive.

I found these on FleaBay and I think they look rather posh. Certainly a cheap solution, but not entirely OEM looking IMO.

Pretty sure you'll find they have to be dual marked (MPH/KMH) for MOT/SVA in the new regulations.

In which case, the eBay stickers would work a treat!

I don't think they have to be dual marked. My FSTI isn't and it passes MOT every year no problems.

Don't all jdm import clocks only have the km marks?
Doubtful that they have to have both for mot pass.

I would defiantly go for the stickers as they have the oem look

Don't need dual for MOT or my car would fail every year.

I'm sure it's how Subaru always intended their instrument facia to look.
