Default Mot question

Hi guys, I'm currently working through a few jobs on my blobeye wrx ready for the mot in November but have got one thing that's slightly worrying me, the car is currently running a full exhaust system (no cat), induction kit and remap.
Question is if I can't find a "friendly mot tester" and have to refit the cat will the car run well enough, bearing in mind the remap,to get through the test?

On my bugeye I usually put the standard downpipe back on and change back ASAP. I've left for a couple weeks before as not had time or space and just kept off boost to be safe
Running full decat and bigger inlet remapped via open source

Just fit a sports cat, and never have this issue again . . . .
