haw can i find out if my new sti has got one fitted and haw can i get it activated thanks fl6

 

is it a UK car? and is it a 2006 as per your info?
I take it there is no mention in any paper work ? If its a uk car then Subaru should be able to tell you.

 

its a 56 type uk and no theres no paper work cheers for the help.

 

Contact RAC Trackstar/traffic master tell them your reg and they should be able to tell you if its activated or not as far as i am aware all sti type uk came with one fitted as standard but you have to pay a monthly subscription for them to monitor it.SJ.

 

hmmm you dont have a number do you as im just about to set off back to surrey for work thanks.

 

I believe they changed the provider of trackers on the STI to a Meta system. Cant remember if it was before the hawk or when the hawk came out.
My 06 STI has a meta system so try them:
