but on a serious note (all of the above) the more problems you can give a thief the better.I.E alarm going off in there ears a immobiliser to deal with a steering wheel lock or better yet a snap off QR equals no steering wheel,a garage tracker etc....my moto is make it as hard as possible for the *****.SJ.

Yes i hadn't thought of removable steering wheel but makes sense so long as you cant just attach any other to your boss.

I'm really interested in a quick release steering wheel for this exact reason, I've had one in the past but it was before airbags and new mot rules, can you fit one to a newage STI legally?

My only problem ( although its a worry whether it has removable wheel or not ) would be someone breaking into my house through the day obviously knowing they would need the wheel to get the car away!

I really need to acquire approx 15k to build my garage/extension lol

Really nice, one for front and one for back. But in reality it is preferable to have steering lock of good quality that is capable of bearing any type of jerks and there is built-in lock facility in every car now a days. One thing, steering lock is clearly visible so that any harmful person think many times before doing any activity.
