hi
my 2003 wrx alarm immobiliser has locked me out.key unlocks the car but cannot disarm the alarm or immobiliser.
i had it recovered and auto electrician has checked everything.
he tells me the alarm unit and fobs have to be replaced and the system cannot be overridden.
can anyone point me in the right direction for new unit and fobs.
sigma m30.
thatcham number: TC2-808/0198.
thanks in advance

It can be done mate. I've just had mine replaced for the same reason. It only took half a day to do it. I've had an auto watch alarm/ immobiliser installed. Where abouts are u ?

ok, had a couple of offers now. big question. does it matter if serial number is different ? there seem to be a couple of versions of m30 on the go. same connections, same box, but different serial number. was also asked by Mr Toad Installer what the serial number is.
still awaiting a reply regards that one.
