My understanding of this was if the CARS battery earth/positive lead was removed while the alarm was going off the alarm would still sound (it doesnt)

But looking into it, i believe its if the ALARM wiring to the siren if its cut it will still sound ? (cant do this to test )

which 1 is it ?

alarm is a viper 480xv
