more than likely be a fault mate they're quite prone to pack up after a while, could also be one of the fuses gone as there is a dedicated power supply for indicators and central locking relays

could be anywhere but my guess would be either at the column loom from the back of the ignition switch or in the drivers kickpanel. It will be a case of hunting for them i'm afraid.

all lights worked, i think the fault happened a few months ago,
don't think i done anything else.
cept. rewired the speakers, changed a maf sensor

It sounds very much like a fault with the alarm unit. I'm guessing its out of it's warrant period?
There is a way to add in an additional relay which could drive the indicators but it would only give 1 flash on or off. It all depends if your happy to mess with wires, diodes and relays though.
